I would like to make my existing outbuilding useful.
Currently it's set up as follows they are two separate out buildings (one is a garage) and there is small gap between the two.
I think I can either rip it all up and build a single big outbuilding from scratch (possibly using timber and reuse existing foundation to make it cheaper).
Alternatively I wonder if I can somehow join the two with minimal work and doing the roof and render to make it consistent. Has anyone done something similar before any guidance on what work may be involved for that?
