Hi, Just a quick question.
I have Laid a new concrete base 6" thinck with a DPM, on top of this I have had a concrete prefab building errected. (www.nucrete.co.uk)
The use for the building is a workshop/outhouse all i'll be storing in it is a freezer, tools, bikes etc etc, so light traffic
Because the base is concrete and a little rough/uneven in places, I wanted to screed it, no more than roughly 15mm deep as this building is attached to the side of my house and it will be only 1 brick lower than the DPM of the house. if i go higher than 30mm

but i'm unsure what kind of screed/latex/epox etc etc I should be looking towards.

any professionals on here that have some suggestions?
I am working to a budget aswell so cheaper options are always welcome :)

Thanks
Mark

ok, been doing a bit of reading on here now and i do see my options...

my only question on this is then... I can only 20mm I'll grind the highs and fill the lows. but what is my option that won't crack at such low levels?
screed needs to be 50mm
and latex will be to expensive to cover 15m2 x 10-20mm
