Morning all.

59 plate 2.0 litre diesel.

Both front windscreen jets barely clear the scuttle.
Bottle fully filled.
And doesn't appear to be leaking anywhere.

I'm guessing:

Pin to clear jets first.
Sounds deadening under bonnet off next, to check hoses.
Osf wheel arch off, to get to pump?

Any tips or how-tos gratefully received :)

Grotty soap deposits at the pump end, I'd guess - the nozzles would appear to be clear so a pump restriction is most likely.
John :)

How do I get to the pump then, John?

I know little about cars!

And, once there, how to i remove said soap scum?
Is it as simple as dismantling the pump, and scrubbing / swilling it?

The pump lives at the bottom of the washer bottle and is usually a push fit......the bottle itself often lives under the wing, behind the wheel arch liner.
Sorry I can't be more specific about your vehicle!
John :)
