Outlook Express - Not running

Running Outlook Express on WinXP.
Emails were ok first thing today, had a couple of emails no attachments. Then emails that were listed in my inbox all started to scroll, tried internet shaking screen.
Have done a restore to yesterday PC all seems ok now except OE cant connect.
Run AVG & Norton, any items to restore OE (Other pcs on the network can get emails ok)

Problem sorted itself after restoring for the 3rd try.
