Outside toilet removal

Hi all

I was hoping someone could help me, i want to remove an outside toilet as its never been used and it takes up valuable space. Now i know i can remove the toilet and cap of the water supply that fills the cystern but what do i do where to waste outlet connects to the pipe for the sewer i.e at floor level. This needs to be closed off some how to prevent smells coming up as i'm not intending on digging out the waste pipe as its all under concrete..

use a cap! if a standard 4" doesn't fit use a pan connector and cap.
