Outside wall light with built-in camera

Hi, I have a lantern outside wall light beside our front door and would like a wee security camera aswell.
I don't want two fixings on the wall, too much clutter and ugly looking aswell.
I would replace my excisting light with a wall light with a discreetly hiden camera.

Any suggestions?

Yes, I have the Eufy E340 but its not pointing to the outside, its more pointing towords our front door, so I can see itens left at the door.
