Oven element - screwed from the back

Hello all

Our oven element went last night, got down to taking it out this morning to find it screwed from the back

So a relatively simple task is turning out to be more and more annoying, and costly.

The cooker isn't going to be easy to pull out neither

Would ideally like to get this sorted myself? Bit of brute force?

Have similar, stick a piece of mdf under, front to back to spread load and use my trolley jack to wheel it out
