Oven element - screws too loose

Hi Everyone,

I recently changed my oven element. However, when I tried to reattach it to the back of the oven, the screws wouldn't hold as the holes are now too loose. Please find attached a picture for a better illustration. I tried using bigger screws but it didn't work.Your suggestions are more than welcome.

1) New oven.

2) Spire/U-clip/Speednuts (if they can be inserted and still clear the wiring)... and there's enough steel left in the panel to keep in place.
