Overflow

Hi everyone,
I hope you can help.
My parents Boiler stopped working which is a Baxi Bermuda.
It was diagnosed as a leak onto the mid-position valve which was renewed
along with pump. System was refilled and bled. Central heating and hot water now work fine.
The problem is everytime boiler fires up hot water comes out of overflow
in header tank which is situated in a bedroom and is noisy.
Pump has been changed again but still problem remains.
All work has been done by Corgi fitter.
Has anyone got any ideas where to look next.

probably a blockage around where the cold feed joins the system

Edit:- Just re-read your post and I go along with the blocked feed pipe theory

that means nothing -other than he legally touched your gas appliance/pipe

Fingers crossed it stopped last night and has been ok today.
Any blockage must have cleared itself.
But must be in the system somewhere.
