I have a flat roof about 12.5x5m which I'm in the process of replacing the old felt with GRP. I would like to overhang the roof about 800mm on the front and in one side, it would allow me to install concealed boxed gutter and nice modern looking fascia.
the flat roof is at the back of the property not linked to original house so I'm not sure it will fall under permitted development.
do I need to get permission from local planning? to overhang roof just by 800? roof is not in the way of any neighbours.

does anyone know a company which does concealed gutters? in guildford or in Surrey/Hampshire?
