Overloaded Skip Story

Company says it won't take skip because it is overloaded.

They didn't want to transport an overloaded skip because Ii could cause a fatality....so they removed some stuff and drove off with the skip.

But later in the story, they admit the skip was still overloaded when it returned to the yard.

Huh??

 
Everyone has a phone these days where is photo evidence

The driver could have taken a photo.

Being of a "certain age"I don't instinctively pull my phone out when faced with a potentially confrontational situation.
