Paint a Design on wall!

Hi all...

Wonder if anyone can help....

In the middle of decorating my bedroom and would like to do the below design on my back wall as a focal point but in different colours.

However, anyone have any ideas how to measure it out on the wall before painting so as to make it look even?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Get some cheap brown paper, type for parcels, tape a few strips together and attach to wall, then draw your design onto the paper, once satisfied with the design pierce through the paper at regular intervals and dot the wall with a light pencil or other writing implement, remove paper and do the dots up,then paint to hearts content.
Might work unless someone else has an easier method.
Just thought of another, get a projector, draw your design and then beam it onto the wall, mark up and paint,
There you go, 2 for 1
