Paint for rendered walls

Which is the best waterproof paint for external rendered walls, Weathertex has been suggested?

RP66, good evening.

I would tend to suggest that you consider using a [so called] Micro-porous type of paint.

Rational is that any moisture trapped in the render now should be able to "escape" but the paints formulation tends to deflect moisture / rain from entering the render?
