paint work on Ford Connect van

The paint on the sills is peeling off asked a couple of experienced painters at bodyshop what they thought. They told me there was no primer applied under the paint.
Do i have a case here to get work done under warranty van only year old.
Know for a fact franchise will turn around and tell me its stone damage and thats not covered. Van covered 44k

If you can get an independant report in writing, it would certainly help your case.

I had a similar problem with a new car, some years ago. The paint on all the doors started to crack, although the dealer suggested that someone had thrown stones at the doors. After a few verbal exchanges, they agreed that it was a problem and sorted it.
