Painting a plastic soil pipe -anyone know any good paint?

I would like to paint a grey plastic soil pipe black - Does anyone know of any good paint that will cover this and not flake off. Many thanks

Wash down with a mild detergent when dry either two coats of Allkyd based gloss or Crown Solo, dont use an undercoat and dont abrade the plastic.

Do as Thedec says but thin the gloss down abit or it will pull too much going on.. It wont come off.
