Can anyone tell me the best paint to use in order to paint exterior tiles that are above my bay window?

I am guessing it will either be exterior tile paint which comes in a lack of colors, or masonry paint.

A few people on my street have done this already, some look great and others have faded and peeled making me think they have used the wrong paint.

A picture of what I want to paint, and a neighbors which imo looks good.

Why do you say that, as it will become a regular upkeep?

I think the second pic looks a lot better and I have not seen them having to paint every year so they must have done it right first time, im just not sure what that is.

What is better in the second pic is that they have a garden, while you seem to have a slab of concrete.

The drive is tarmac and my garden does have a rose bush and some other plants etc just not shown on the picture as it was more about the tiles.

So anyway, you have no idea what type of paint to use

leave the tiles they look fine better than neighbors also if you paint them you would have to paint gable tile hanging too
painting tile always looks like the do as ya likeys have done there magic repair
