Hi. I am wanting to paint over exterior tile paint. The tile paint is sky blue and is sound. There are about 2 or 3 patches where the original tile is showing. I was going to use Zinsser BIN on the patches of glazed tile but wanted to know if I can just use masonry paint directly over the tile paint or would I need an oil based undercoat first. Your advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

After some help from Dulux I have decided to use a MSP on the patches of cermaic tile followed by a solvent based undercoat over the entire lot finished with a solvent based gloss. Your thoughts would still be appreciated
