Painting over Pliolite paint with water based masonry paint.

I have a house to paint which was previously painted with Johnstone's Pliolite Paint. My question is, can it be re-painted using water based masonry paint???
The customer's have chosen and bought the paint so need to check before going ahead with anything. Any help will be greatly appreciated.....
