Rob, painted a spar dash, back of house job, about a month ago, (when the sun was out!)
Tried a roller with very long pile, would not touch it.
Ended up doing it all with 5" brush with long bristle and stippled it as it was the only way to cover it. A thinned 1st coat helped, but it took two days to get the first coat on and a half day for the second. Nightmare
Give me pebble dash any day !!!
