Pebbledash

I am thinking about painting the outside of my house which is pebbledash. Is there a roller I can use for this or do I have to use a brush. I did paint a pebbledash house a few years ago and remember having to basically dab the paint in which was a long and nasty job!

Give it a good brushing down first with a stiff brush to remove any loose stuff then use a prodec lifetimer sleeve on it..thin the first coat out by about 15% if it hasnt been painted before
