Just a quickie. Five years ago we had our 1930s semi painted in a cream exterior paint, the top half of the house is rendered with tyrolene and that is what we had painted. It's looking okish, but a little weathered where we get the most weather at the rear of the house.
We are due to have it repainted again this year. Has anyone got any recommendations of a paint that could use (creamish in colour), that would offer a better lifespan than 5 years?

Thanks

Thanks, with it being Tyrolene, which paint would be best suited the smooth or textured? And would the one coat version be ok?

I hate tyrolene, its horrible to paint which is why normally they add pigment to the mix when its applied. If i had the stuff on my house i'd pay someone to spray it.

Use smooth masonary, one coat might be a bit thick.
