Painting up to tiles / grout

Hi,

Painting my new bathroom, some parts are half tiled... what is the correct way to finish the job where the plaster meets the tiles? Here is a picture... (white is mist coat)...

So, queries are.. should i just paint the grout? paint the grout and the tile edge? paint the grout then finish it with something (caulk??) ?

If the tiling had been finished off with UPVC tile edging you would not have been faced with this dilemma,

Its a matter of personnal choice, do you like the colour of the grout, if so leave, if not paint it.
