Our 300 year old house has a wooden floor in bathroom that has previously been painted with white gloss by previous owner. White filler between floorboards has cracked up quite a lot in the rather large gaps.
Re-doing bathroom what product would you use to redo joints between boards considering they might move a bit. What do you recommend to paint the floors with for high traffic.
I saw some Bedec paint which the seller recommended as a do-it-all product. (). What do you think?

Sand and clean floor.
Caulk joints
Paint
Clear hard glaze over.

Can use any paint for wood if you put a hard glaze over.

Wood is not hard. Can dent and mark easy so hard glaze won't resist this.
Will help though

Not heard of hard glaze. Was hoping for less work than all that as we are selling house. Just want to titivate it up for viewings

Caulk and eggshell floor then.

Just remember. No shortcuts in decorating.

Rocktop is a hard glaze.

Brands like Dulux and Johnstones sell as well.
