hi, how easy is it to pair up a wireless remote timer to a boiler? I suspect my timer isn't working properly and I want to fit another?

Normally a simple process!
But it is the receiver and the stat that are paired, the receiver will be hardwired to the boiler switch terminals.
lots of different makes and as APOD correctly says the receiver and the thermostat are the things that pair with each other , some boilers have an internal receiver so for the best advice we need to know the make and model of your boiler
