Good evening

I am part way through building a summer house from pallets. I have the base in (concrete pads built up with bricks) and pallets on top. it is 4m x 3.6m and due to stay below building regs 2.5m height.
However, I have a couple of Qs on the construction of the walls - from the inside out I am thinking it should be
8/12mm ply skin on inside
moisture barrier
pallet filled with fiberglass insulation - no void thought, is this an issue?
OSB or PLY probably 12mm but I don't know which is best to use. I know which is cheaper!
vapour barrier
vertical battens
horizontal cladding

can anyone see any issues with any of the above and shed (no pun intended) any light on my osb/plywood conundrum?

I have also debated shuttering ply over OSB. Marine ply is so bloody expensive! I need 20 ish sheets and want to keep the whole thing as cheap as possible.
