For a while now one of our microwaves at work occasionlly stops working and F33 flashes on the display, i`ve checked the manual and it says the problem is a defective thermistor circuit, can anyone tell me in english whats wrong with the darn thing? Its a Panasonic NE1856 industrial microwave, 1800watt power

yes, the circuit that tells it how hot it is is at fault.
How ever i recomend your boss calls a specialist repair engineer, since it is a commercial premises and you are not sure what you should do, and you will not be insured.

or throw it away

my gaffers a bit of lazy cow and she ain`t one for getting things repaired! Is this a fault that needs repairing urgently? and is it safe to use until it gets repaired, this microwave is in a B.K restaurant and as you can guess it takes some serious hammer

i am not a microwave repair engineer, but on health and safety and commercial premises i would not use untill it is fixed.
