Panasonic Washing Machine Error U11

Hi,

I have a Panasonic Washing Machine Model no. NA-140ZS1 and I am receiving an Error U11 which is something to do with draining the water. I have checked all hoses and even sat next it during a short cycle wash with a bucket next to me and I’m not seeing an issue, drainage speed also appears to be ok. There are no issues with our waste pipes.

The 1st screen that appears to have an issue is as below, you can hear it trying to drain. there is a status bar underneath the 0:03 that should start to fill.



Eventually it errors with the below.



If we run just a spin program, assuming there is no water in the drum that works okay.


Hopefully I won't need to cut my losses as it's been pretty good until now.

There are no issues with our waste pipes

anything wrong with the trap? How does it discharge? Has it been fine?

trap is clear no issues there what so ever.

Does your machine have a small pipe going off to the pressure switch? If so then remove it from the switch & blow down it to ensure it is clear. Also blow from the pump end & check the switch is operating. If it is not connected to the pump then it will be connected to the drum housing & you need to carry out the same procedure. If they are ok you need to check wiring from switch to pcb.
