My house was built in 1965 and the sitting room has unattractive bobbley type ceiling paper which I would like to do something about without the expense or mess of having it taken down and plastered.
I have been advised I could fill any indents and have it lined with good quality paper - 1 way then other way on top. (ie horiontally and then vertically). Then paint.
Has anyone had successful results doing this please?
