Parkside Leaf Blower

I damaged my Parkside PLB 3000/5 leal blower. I need to have a repair to the wheels and I need to find:
1. The Operating Manual,
2 The manufacturer's website details,
3 Any repair shop (in Ireland) which might undertake the repairs for me.
