Not dog, unlikely a cat and I haven’t seen a fox but possible I suppose

Pee will leave a halo effect. The grass in the middle will die but as you get to the parameter, the grass will be super healthy.

See https://thelawnman.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/Dog_urine_patch_on_lawn.jpg

Your's may well be fox wee. Female dogs tend to pee in the same spots, exacerbating the problem. Foxes may be less discriminating, using various points to leave their scent.

You can buy amino acid food supplements for dogs to change the ph of their pee but you don't have a dog. You could leave some of the "special biscuits out for the fox but if you leave too many it will harm it.

The following is an American product

Mark and Chappell sell similar products in the UK (again using the DL-Methionine amino acid) but I am not sure if they sell a biscuit version.

It is not cat safe, but I doubt a cat would eat it.

Alternatively, water the lawn every morning to dilute the pee (assuming that it is pee).
