Patching up hairline cracks in rendering?

Hi,

I've noticed some small hairline cracks in the rendering on one of our external walls (see photo). The cracks have slowly lengthened over winter. In a perfect world I'd have this sorted properly and then have the wall re-painted, but it doesn't seem to be causing any problems at the moment (that I've noticed, at least) and we've got several other DIY jobs to juggle so I'd rather avoid the hassle and expense for now.

In the meantime, is there a sticking plaster solution I can use to stop or at least slow down the progression of the cracking? I was wondering if there's some filler I can use that might patch it up for now.

Thanks!

I would put a cutting disc on the cracks just to open them up a bit and then use TOUPRET filler.
I did mine 3 years ago and it worked well.
