Patio door cavity filling

Hi all,

what can I do to bridge between my patio door cavity? Can I do L sharp with DPM running up the back of the patio door side and filling with screed?

How did you close or cover the cavity in the end? How deep is it?

I put a wide DOC at the bottom and up the sides and filled I’m with concrete. Was about 150mm deep. Can’t remember if I put insulation at the bottom
