Hi,

I need some advice. I am changing a Window to a patio door in our second bedroom. Do I have to have an additional window in the room for ventilation? Or can I buy a special lock which will allow the door to be partially open, but still secure?
At the moment we use the room as a work space, but we don't want to cause any problems when we come to sell it.
Thanks
Biz

If your existing window had a means of ventilation then your replacement should do also. If not then no. You can get trickle vents in patio doors BTW.
