Hi,
Had an extension done last year and now need to sort the garden and fancy doing it myself. I’ve dug out the patio area and have a couple of questions;
1) any issues with the fall in the patio being towards the house? I plan on fitting a 100mm channel drain along the external wall which will drain into the existing drainage into a foul drain.
2) if I’m using a channel drain, does this mean I can have the height to DPC at 75mm rather than 150mm?
