Hi,

We just had a shelf / cabinet built for us out of MDF.
The builder left it for me to put a few more coats of primer on before sanding it down and spraying it with plasticote.

I put 3 more coats of primer on yesterday and then rubbed it down with a bit of wet and dry.
One of the corners was really high (can't leave it like this as we are having a sheet of glass fitted to the top) so I had to rub it down quite a lot, now I have gone down to the wood and its gone fluffy and however many times I paint it and rub it down it goes back the same.

Can anyone give any advice on what to do, what can I seal it with it looks awful!

Any help appreciated

Darren

Sanding sealer. A few coats with a light sanding in between and it'll be glass smooth.
