performa 24 : no hot water

can anyone help?
heating working fine after internal reset button pressed..however water still cold..no matter if in heating and watter or water setting.

Is water firing on hot water (DHW) at all?
Are you getting DHW light coming on?
Are htg pipes getting hot when dhw firing?
Basically need more info!

Whjich internal reset button. One on the overheat stat on the flow pipe?
