PG 9HA pots, replace, reuse or give up?

I want to replace or reuse some of these in a light fitting
PG 9HA (G9 pots)

I have just taken the lighting fitting to bits, can these pots be reused/rewired?
Can't for the life in me see away to disconnect the existing cables from the pot, without causing damage.
and if I bought new is it a push in (the cable) and grab terminal?
or Am I wasting my time?

Waste of time - probably not designed to have the wires removed.
