I have a pic where there is a lamp post or something in the background, I would like it fogged out with sky and covered up with background

Could anyone on here do that for me please?

If you want a play around yourself, there are some online photo tools, that use generative AI to remove objects from images.
The results aren't always perfect, but you could give it a go?

If you need a "free" software, PixlrE is pretty good.
Didn't see the query, I have a few thousand hours "in" with photoshop.
