Pile of copper. What's it worth?

Quite easy for yard to write clean copper so that you dont think they are giving you less money for it.
At ours cut off all fittings because if clean copper is £4 a kilo ,brassiere is £3.20.

And I bet you'd get 10-15% more at my local if it was clean.

Give them a call and ask how much for clean heavy copper. you may get a shock.

I've already said what I got last week for heavy copper and braziery.
Last week I got £3.60/Kilo for braziery, the price for heavy copper was £3.70/Kilo. That was in Edinburgh.
Why not post what you're getting?

£4.10 per kg for pipe with copper fittings still on .
£3.90 per kg for cylinder
£2.60 per kg for brass
£0.90 per kg for alloy wheels with tyres still on them
