pilot light only on ravenheat 820/20

My boiler will not fire up on either water only or heating and water.
Heard a clicking noise ( poss short ), then dropped the cover but nothing.
Pilot light on, fan running and pump working but no flames.

Would happen on bank holiday weekend.
Any help appreciated.

erm good chance the fault is inside the combustion chamber so can not help u need an rgi
