PILOT LIGHTS OK BUT KEEPS GOING OUT AGAIN.

Boiler is an Ideal Sprint Rapide RS75N. Needs replacing really but cant afford it. Had a few problems a few weeks ago. Fitted new thermocouple and PRV, seemed to be fine after that until today. Noticed that the pilot had gone out, so tried to relight it. Fired up ok, then burner seemed to burn very fiercely for about a minute then whole thing just shuts off pilot goes out etc etc. Tried to relight a few times, no joy, no heating, no hot water and i need a shower. Wife not happy!!

A service or new gas valve should help.
Phone a local Corgi as it is not a diy job.
