I expect he has made more money from plumbing than anyone on this forum.
He had the cleverness to realise that people don't want any great expertise at all but only care about someone coming at an exact time agreed in advance and having brightly polished shoes.
But I spoke to him a while ago and he tried to make fun of my accent!

As if cyclists in London never do anything wrong! 
I spent three years working for
