Pin coming up out of the hinge of my composite door - why?

Hi

Does anyone have any idea why the pin in the middle of the 3 hinges on my composite door is coming up and out of the hinge as shown in the picture

What the fix would be and what would cause this?

It's more common than you might think, friction caused on the pin as you open and close the door causes it to ride up, if you open the door and look at the inside of the hinge you should see a tiny grub screw, check it's there and tight as it stops this happening, loosen it and knock the pin down and tighten back up
