Pinting floorboards white - paint advice dulux vs farrow

Im planning on painting bedroom (low traffic) floorboards white.

I plan to hire a sander, sand, prime and then paint with either....

Farrow and ball floor paint

was wondering if anyone had used either and which is best? and is my basic process above correct.

Also, do you need to put some kind of protective laquer / varnish over the top??

Ive used the Dulux, it was pretty good.Nothing needed on top
