Pipe banging

Whenever I flush the toilet in the bathroom as the water fills the tank, there is a bangin sound in the pipes in the walls where my bath tub pipes are located. Each time this happen I turn the water on in the bathroom sink and the banging sound stops. What can be the problem and how can I fix this?

fit extra brackets to the pipework.
this will cure your water hammer, caused by increased water pressure.
