Hi to all,i'm about to install an electirc shower and was wondering what insulation the cold main would need? I plan to chase out an internal wall (this devides the bathroom and a bedroom),the internal wall is 3 inches thick, the pipe will eventually be plastered and tiled over, would 9mm foam lagging be ok for insulation? Any information would be much appreciated.

Dont think the cold pipe would need insulation in an internal wall-but if it is being plastered over and its copper pipe it would need to be sleeved to prevent corosion from the plaster. Not 100% sure on this but sure somebody will correct me if im wrong
