Hi, i'm in a bungalow with a vented gravity system & showers weren't the greatest, so we upgraded the main to a 25mm & fitted a pressurised system with 4.4bar incoming & 3 bar reduced at the hot water tank has really improved things. On one shower we had hot & cold 22mm incoming & a 15mm down to a pump under the bath & back up to a shower outlet & when the pressurised system was fitted we just bridged the 15mm where the pump was under the bath..
Question is: will it make a lot of difference changing the 15mm pipe to 22mm on the shower outlet. ??? Thanks

Sounds like you have made a good upgrade.

Short answer: no

Flow rate is more important than pressure for this but for that short distance it won't make any noticeable difference
