hi terrydoh, is this an easy solution to do do i need any special tools to do this. cheers

Ideally you could do with tracing these pipes back and cutting them as close as possible to where they are teed off if they are long lengths so not to leave any dead legs. Pipe cutter and adjustables should do the job.

You will obviously have to isolate and drain the water from the pipes.

Tracing them back is a great idea, if you can.

Put something under the pipes to catch anything left in the pipe

Cut with a pipe cutter and then slip the fitting on and tighten, holding a nut in one spanner and the cap in the other.

Do not murder them, just get them nice and tight

You need to compress the olive to make a joint, if you murder them they may weep, as it would be a poor joint

Yes i agree with terrydoh, to be fair there arn't many more options if you do not want to solder. As already said pipe cutter and adjustables for compression, pipe cutter for push fit
