placement of cooker crontol switch

Hiya

Im knockin a back box today for a cooker control switch, plug comby

Im placing it 10inches above the work top area, to be inline with the next switches ive dropped in that are further along the wall.

ive read alot of posts but can't see one that advises of a restricted length upwards from the work top.

(all other areas are compliant, it has its own wire to the CU of 10mm a straight 3 ft from hob and oven and 2.5 ft across from the sink.)

5 to 10 cm for sockets and 30 cm from sinks.?
no switches where you need to reach over hob.

so seems im ok.
