planning permission for concrete?

Hi There

I'm new and really hope you can help me!

Is planning permission required to get rid of a small area of grass (at the front of a house) and concrete it over for parking? The area to the left of the grass is already concreted as it is in front of the garage.

depends wht type of area you live in,but to be sure ask council bco office

If it's on your land you can do what you like. If it's the verge then you can't.
